Múcura Sostenible
2024-2025
Múcura Sostenible is a pilot initiative working hand in hand with the local community of Múcura Island in the archipelago of San Bernardo, Colombia, aimed at improving 70 families’ access to clean sustainable drinking water, thanks to a small solar-powered seawater desalination plant, while also creating a model for surrounding islands.

Energy communities
2024
In this project, the team accompanies the communities in Isla Grande and Isla Fuerte in legally, socially, organizationally, and financially structuring an Energy Communities. Both islands are located in zones that are not connected to the national energy grid and the project thus ensures that they have access to reliable and clean energy supply, that is managed by the locals themselves.

energy transition plan for iquitos
2023-2024
Within the framework of this project, we develop the Roadmap for the Energy Transition of Iquitos, analyzing how to reach a reliable and carbon neutral energy access by 2050 through renewable sources, storage, digitalization, public participation, gender and corporate strengthening and institutional adaptation.
Responsibilities: Workshops with civil society to determine their vision of Iquitos in 2050 - Reporting - Stakeholder management - Communication strategy
