My main expertise is in small-scale infrastructure projects such as remote photovoltaic systems, seawater desalination plants and waste management, among others.

I support you in ensuring a close interaction with communities and stakeholders - be it in cities, on small islands or in the middle of the Amazonian forest. My field experience includes context analyses, qualitative and quantitative data gathering, building and managing solid local relationships, meetings with local infrastructure providers and the collection of communication material such as photos or audio and video files. Whenever required, I enjoy preparing and leading field visits for technical and international staff.

When developing a project and budget proposals, I follow a participatory approach including all of the important stakeholders, guarantees a thorough context analysis, a sound technical and financial concept as well as strategic and linguistical solidity. I rely on a network of engineers, economists and social workers supporting the project development in their technical field of expertise.

Having worked mainly for small organisations with limited budgets, fundraising represents a core area of my expertise, which includes identifying potential donors such as international cooperation agencies, development banks, private foundations and local actors, analysing each entity's specific requirements and adjusting the proposal accordingly. I also support you in preparing and holding presentations for potential donors and stakeholders in order to mobilise resources.
